What time should I get to Flagstaff Ranch on Saturday ?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm so we ask that all guests time their arrival around 3:30pm to be seated by 3:45pm.

What is the wedding day dress code ?

Please refer to our "What to Wear" page for our dress code guidelines and a mood board of outfit recommendations.

Can I park at the venue ?

There is a small parking lot inside of Flagstaff Ranch where you can park; however, if you are planning to drink at all we do ask that you ride share to avoid any cars being left in their parking lot over night.

Can I bring a date to the wedding ?

Space is very limited which means, unfortunately, only those listed on your RSVP response are able to attend the wedding. The gatehouse will have a full list of those on our RSVP list and will not be able to accommodate those not listed. Thank you for understanding!

What will the weather be like ?

We can expect it to be mostly sunny all weekend! Friday shows a high of 71 + low of 39, Saturday shows a high of 75 + low of 42.

With the high elevation, please remember to wear sunscreen and hydrate!

Are kids invited ?

To allow space for more guests, our wedding will be adults-only. We so appreciate your understanding & can't wait to see you!

How should I get there ?

If you are coming from out of state, we would recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and either renting a car or taking a shuttle service up to Flagstaff. There is an airport in Flagstaff, but airlines are limited. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THE TRIP <3

Where should I stay ?

Check our travel page for some of our favorite hotel reccomendations. In general, Flagstaff has many lovely hotels and vacation rentals to choose from, so you really can't go wrong! Please reach out to us if you have any specific questions or concerns.

How long should I stay ?

The wedding will take place on the afternoon of Saturday, May 30. We will be gathering for a welcome party the night before on Friday, May 29 with an open invite for anyone already in town! All details on our schedule page.
